A fight is decided in the eight weeks before it. Here is how we structure a camp.
Weeks one and two: assessment
We study the opponent, identify the game plan, and set the weight cut schedule. Training is technical and high volume.
Weeks three to five: build
Sparring rounds go up. Wrestling and cage work every week. Conditioning is specific to the fight length. The athlete's job is to train, eat, sleep, and stay off social media.

Weeks six and seven: sharpen
Sparring becomes situational and fight-specific. Volume comes down, intensity stays up. Weight should be within striking distance.
Week eight: taper and make weight
Light work, visualization, and a clean cut. The team handles logistics, cornering, and everything the fighter should not be thinking about.
If you are a member who wants to compete, talk to a coach. Every fighter on our team started in a regular class.
